About Us

MARROW began with a simple idea: the strongest brands are not built on the surface. They are built from what sits beneath it.

Marrow is the innermost part of something, its core, its substance, the part that gives it life. The name became a reflection of the way we approach brands: by stripping away noise, trend and excess to uncover what is essential before shaping how it is seen, felt and remembered.

The logo itself follows that same philosophy. It moves from raw to refined, instinctive to intentional. Because branding, at its core, is a process of transformation. Raw material has to be extracted, studied, refined and translated into something culturally resonant.

That process sits at the centre of every brief, every campaign and every collaboration at MARROW.

Working across fashion, luxury and consumer sectors, MARROW operates at the intersection of branding, communications, influence and culture, helping brands build relevance through perception, strategy and storytelling rather than visibility alone.

From raw instinct to refinement.

Founded by Tanya Mansharamani Kapur, Marrow Communications is shaped by over eight years of experience across luxury fashion, communications and cultural strategy in both India and London.

A graduate of the London College of Fashion with an MA in Strategic Fashion Marketing, her background spans global agencies, couture houses and consumer brands, bringing together both editorial instinct and strategic communications experience across B2C and B2B landscapes.

Her career has included working with brands such as Gaurav Gupta Couture, Linda Farrow and Aisha Rao across luxury fashion, while at Edelman she worked across accounts including KFC, Lakmé Fashion Week, Microsoft and Unilever, leading campaigns, influencer strategy, media visibility and brand communications across diverse audiences, industries and markets.

Having worked across PR, celebrity relations, brand positioning and campaigns internationally, her approach combines cultural intuition with strategic precision, building brands that resonate beyond visibility alone.

At Marrow, the focus remains consistent: shaping perception with clarity, relevance and intention.
